Our processing time consists of order verification, product tailoring, product quality check, and packaging. Due to the high volume of orders at the moment, our processing time is 1-3 business days.
SHIPPING TIME:
The shipping time refers to the time your goods takes from being shipped out to being delivered to your doorstep.
Our current shipping times range between 5-15 days business days. Due to the global pandemic, shipping times may vary depending on where in the world you are ordering from.
Our shipping times are averaged from our last 5,000 orders, so we can provide our customers with the most accurate and transparent shipping information we can.
All orders will receive tracking numbers with live updates on your package. All tracking information will be sent within 24 - 72 hours. If you have not received your tracking number within this time-frame, please reach out to our customer support team at slipcoverkas@gmail.com :)

We have a 45-day return policy, which means you have 45 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Slipcover KAS is a U.S.-based company with a global customer base, operating through a direct-to-consumer business model. Approved returns are processed through our designated return locations, which may vary depending on your order details. If your return request is approved, we’ll provide the return instructions and designated return address.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order after delivery and contact us within 5 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and provide assistance. Please include photos or videos of the item and packaging when contacting us, as this will help us review the issue and provide a solution as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
